TMG Real Estate Promotes VP Phillips to SVP 

Chicago-based TMG Real Estate Advisors promoted Ryan Phillips to SVP. In this role, Phillips will continue to focus on servicing clients who are occupiers of warehouse, industrial, and flex space throughout Chicago and the surrounding regions. 

“In his six years at TMG, Ryan has played a critical role in our growth and elevating our client-focused approach,” said Dan Smolensky, co-founder of TMG. “Ryan’s positive energy, passion and results-driven approach to every project have been key to his success as a broker and as a part of the TMG team.” 

Phillips began his real estate career in 2009 and joined TMG in 2016 as VP. Since joining the firm, he has delved into a myriad of industrial and office real estate projects in areas including logistics, manufacturing and service-related businesses. Currently he serves as president of Chicago’s Association of Industrial Brokers.
