Lee & Associates Brokers Sale of 766K-SF Industrial Facility in DFW
Lee & Associates has arranged the sale of a 765,798-square-foot, industrial property in Dallas-Fort Worth. The sales price was not disclosed.
The property is located at 301 Apache Trail in Terrell, adjacent to Highway 80 and Interstate 20. The facility will be rebranded 80/20 Crossing and offers immediate access to both Interstate 20 and Highway 80. It is rail-served by Union Pacific, has an ESFR sprinkler system, cross-dock configuration featuring 185-foot truck courts and is a fully secured site with front guardhouse. The property also has access to a 360,000-gallon surplus water supply tank and up to 25 Mega Watts of power.
Ken Wesson of DFW Lee & Associates represented the buyer, BFI Newco Holdings, in the transaction and has been tapped to handle leasing at the facility. The property was previously occupied by Goodyear Tire. Steve Berger and Corbin Crews of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
