Roy Vasquez Tapped as Director of Development at NAI Partners
NAI Partners has tapped Roy Vasquez as its new Director of Training & Development in Houston.
Vazquez’s responsibilities will include overseeing the drafting, development and publication of business line and support team playbooks; creating and implementing training modules and other educational content; and comprehensively documenting training processes. Vasquez will be based in the company’s Houston office, and report directly to Larry Koestler, executive vice president of marketing & operations.
Prior to joining Partners, Vasquez spent time at Memorial Hermann, where he reviewed and improved system-wide training programs, consulted in instructional design, and performed education needs analyses with stakeholders, among other responsibilities. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Parallon, a provider of healthcare business and operational services, as Director of Education.
