Outdoor Retailer The North Face Leases Office, Showroom Space at Fremont Crossing Building
Outdoor retail company The North Face has signed a lease at the Fremont Crossing Building in Seattle. The company will occupy 6,414 square foot of office and showroom space designed for retail buyers of the company’s popular outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment
Seattle-based development firm Pastakia + Associates partnered with HAL Real Estate to construct and complete the new Fremont Crossing Building. The North Face is expected to occupy its new, 6,414-square-foot retail space in April 2022.
“The North Face is exactly the type of company we envisioned for our ground-level Bleitz Building space at Fremont Crossing,” said Pastakia + Associates founder and principal Tejal Pastakia.
This newer construction includes some features that address post-COVID expectations, such as operable windows as part of its refurbished design (reportedly a unique feature to historic Class A office space), as well as HVAC protocols that include fresh air flushing every 1.25 hours.
Overall, Fremont Crossing features a renovated two-building, open-air, micro-hub campus with more than 60,000 square feet of new indoor and outdoor commercial office space.
