BlackRock Realty Acquires 333-Unit Dallas Apartment Community

Institutional investor BlackRock Realty Advisors has acquired Broadstone Knox District, a 333-unit apartment community in the Knox-Henderson area of Dallas. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2021 on more than five acres, the property consists of a mix of one- and two-bedroom units with an average size of 886 square feet. Property amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog park, business lounge, golf simulator, outdoor gaming area and rooftop lounge. Rents at the community start at $1,300 per month. The community was developed by Alliance Residential.

Michael Ware, Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, Taylor Hill, Jeffrey Kindorf and Will Balthrope of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) represented the seller in the transaction, a partnership between Alliance Residential and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
