Rudin Leases 100K+ SF at 80 Pine St.
Rudin Management Company completed five office leases totaling more than 100,000 square feet at 80 Pine St. in the Financial District. They include the following:
- New York Property Insurance Underwriting Association, 16-year, 14,752-square-foot lease, relocating from 100 William St., represented by Savills’ Marc Shapses.
- AccuWeather, eight-year lease for 14,311 square feet, relocating from 7 World Trade Center, represented by Newmark’s Hal Stein and Daniel Appel.
- CureMD, 10-year lease for 9,439 square feet, relocating from 120 Broadway and represented by JLL’s Michael Berman.
- January Digital, 4,782-square-foot, 10-year expansion lease to bring its total space to 14,752 square feet, represented by Savills’ Stephen Steiner.
- The National Urban League, 57,245-square-foot, three-and-a-half-year direct lease, represented by Alan Grossman of ARG Realty Consultants.
Rudin Management was represented by its in-house leasing team of Tom Keating, Kevin Daly and Robert Steinman along with JLL’s Frank Doyle, Alexander Chudnoff, John Wheeler, Kyle Young and Eliza Gordon.
