Woodford Square Retail Center in Chesapeake Sells for $7M

Colliers has completed the $6.9-million sale of Woodford Square, an 85,323-square-foot shopping center on North Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, VA.

Jeff Fritz and Jay O’Donnell with Colliers, along with Peter Abraham and Ryan King with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller, Woodford Square Associates LP. Moxie Equities acquired the property.

Woodford Square is occupied by a mix of essential tenants including Harbor Freight, Dollar General, Med Emporium, and the Hair Cuttery. With approximately 27,000 square feet of vacancy, the center provides the new owners with immediate value-add opportunities to bring on additional tenants to the roster, according to Colliers.

The center is accessible from the Chesapeake Expressway along with and interstates 64 and 464.
