PCCP and Panattoni to Develop 1.5M-SF Industrial Project near Greenville, SC
Partners PCCP, LLC, and Panattoni Development Company, Inc., will develop Tyger Ridge Logistics Center, a speculative three-building industrial park totaling 1.5 million square-feet on a 136-acre site in Duncan, SC, within the Greenville-Spartanburg metro.
Building 1 (135,200 square feet) and Building 2 (368,280 square feet) will be 32’ clear, rear-load, concrete tilt-up warehouses, and Building 3 (498,960 square feet) will be a 40’ clear, crossed-dock, concrete tilt-up warehouse expandable up to 997,920 square feet. Completion is expected in Q2 2023.
Tyger Ridge Logistics Center is five minutes from the I-85 interchange, the main roadway connecting Charlotte to Atlanta. The project is five miles from GSP International Airport and six from Inland Port Greer, which connects to the Port of Charleston and is undergoing a $51 million, 13-acre expansion.
Tenants with national distribution networks that have recently taken space in the Greenville-Spartanburg market include One World Technologies, Lowe’s, Oshkosh Corporation, DISH Network, and U.S. Lumber.
