Colliers arranged a lease with Thales Defense & Security at 750 Commons Dr. in Aurora, IL, bringing the office property to 100% occupancy

Thales Deal Brings Aurora Offices to 100% Leased

Colliers Chicago has signed Thales Defense & Security, Inc. to a 24,673-square-foot, long-term lease for its Midwest regional offices at 750 Commons Dr. in Aurora, IL.  Following the significant construction of tenant improvements, Thales will make the move from 1444 N. Farnsworth in Aurora when the lease commences in mid-2022. 750 Commons is now 100% leased.

“Fight to quality continues to drive the suburban market,” said Francis Prock, a principal with Colliers’ Office Advisory Group. “Highly amenitized buildings that offer a collaborative environment while catering to tenants’ health, wellness and basic everyday needs are the main draw in today’s market.”

Stanton Road Capital purchased 750 North Commons Dr.off-market in 2018 and subsequently transformed it into a more engaging environment via modern and activated amenities.

Prock and colleague Dave Florent are the exclusive leasing agents for the property. Thales was represented by JLL’s Kellen Monti and Chris Bynum.
