PCCP/KPR Venture Acquires Schaumburg Retail
A joint venture between PCCP, LLC and KPR Centers has acquired Schaumburg Corners, a 100% leased 160,301-square-foot shopping center located at 16-66 E Golf Rd. in the northwestern Chicago suburb of Schaumburg, IL. The seller was Kensington Development Partners. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.
The center is anchored by Amazon Fresh (44,228 square feet), Bob’s Furniture (32,055 square feet), Office Depot (19,190 square feet), Petco (14,729 square feet), and H Mart (10,949 square feet).
The well-located, highly visible property has frontage along Golf Road, a major east-west thoroughfare, and along Roselle Road, a major north-south thoroughfare with an I-90 on/off ramp less than half a mile from the asset.
Additionally, Schaumburg Corners is just south of the I-90/I-290 interchange, 10 minutes’ drive time Brookfield’s 2.2-million-square-foot Woodfield Mall, 15 minutes to O’Hare International Airport, and 45 minutes from downtown Chicago.
