Four Former Colliers Brokers Join CBRE Puget Sound Offices
Four of the Puget Sound region’s leading office specialists recently joined CBRE’s Seattle and Bellevue offices from Colliers. Tony Ford and Bill Cooper are senior vice presidents, Joe Riley is first vice president and Taylor Olson joins as a senior associate.

Based in Seattle, Ford specializes in real estate advisory for office tenants, primarily among tech and professional services firms. He has been recognized as a top-producing office broker in the Seattle market for more than 10 years, executing more than 3 million square feet in leasing assignments in his two-decade career.
Based in Bellevue, Cooper specializes in office tenant representation with more than 20 years of experience. His focus is the greater Puget Sound/Eastside market. During his career, he has closed more than 4 million square feet with a transaction value of more than $1 billion.
Also based in Seattle, Riley has spent the entirety of his decade-long brokerage career representing and advising office tenants. He has completed more than 2 million square feet in leasing volume in his career thus far.
Also based in Bellevue, Olson has spent the last nine years focused on office tenant representation across the Puget Sound region, executing more than 180 transactions encompassing 5 million square feet in the past two years alone.
