Eisenberg Foundation Unveils Lineup for Real Bright Summit

The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation’s Second Annual Real Bright Summit, presented by Old Second Bank, has lined up a roster of 50-plus industry leaders and rising stars to educate and mentor a diverse next generation of real estate industry leaders nationwide. The Real Bright Summit, which runs from Jan. 31- Feb. 4, again will be an all-virtual event. 

A sampling of the programming and confirmed speakers for the REAL Bright Summit include: 

· C-Suite Coffee Conversations & Fireside Chats—Knowledgeable thought leaders from each sector participate in intimate conversations covering the industry and their personal stories. Featured thought leaders include Sandeep Mathrani, CEO, WeWork; Trisha Connolly, managing director, Ackman-Ziff; Jeff Elowe, CEO, Laramar Group; James Connor, chairman, Duke Realty Corporation; Tom McGee, president, ICSC; and Terrence Maiden, CEO, Russell Glen. 

· EisenED: The Pathway to the Deal—Critical parties in the deal (Buyers, Sellers, Equity Partners, Brokers, Buyer, Lender, Appraisers), and more provide a well-rounded understanding of how to “seal the deal.” Confirmed professionals include Kelly Greco, shareholder, Polsinelli; Sam Ankin, co-founder and managing principal, Northpond Partners; Brendan Reed, SVP – retail services, CBRE; and Michael Slovitt, senior director- mortgage banking (Chicago), Berkadia. 

· State of the Industry— Movers and shakers from all corners of real estate level-set on what the industry is experiencing. About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
