CushWake Arranges $15M Sale of Newly Constructed Multifamily in Everett

Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of a newly constructed 26-unit apartment community located at 16 Laurel Street in Everett, MA. The sale price was $15 million.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jon Bryant, Chris Sower, Bruce Lusa, John Flaherty and Kevin Jones represented the seller, DV Partners LLC. The asset was acquired by 16 Laurel LLC.

16 Laurel Street is a luxury multifamily asset consisting of four one-bedroom and 22 two-bedroom units. Units feature open floor plans with abundant closet space, in-unit washer/dryers, central A/C, hardwood floors, stainless-steel appliances and elevators as well as covered garage parking.

The property is approximately four miles from downtown Boston.
