New Birtcher Leaders to Advance Company’s Western U.S. Growth

Birtcher Development recently appointed Robert Munson as its chief investment officer, Scott Mulkay as its president of construction and Scott Ridgley as its senior director of asset management to enhance Birtcher’s growth in strategic and long-term investments, development and asset management. The new executive leaders will advance the company’s growth across the Western U.S., with a focus on markets such as California’s Inland Empire, which are experiencing insatiable demand for class-A industrial logistics space largely driven by e-commerce and retail sales.

“Birtcher is focusing on growth through build-to-core developments and value-add acquisitions, and now is the perfect time to strategically grow our team with a breadth of knowledge and talent,” said Brooke Birtcher Gustafson, managing director, Birtcher Development. “We are thrilled to welcome these seasoned team members who bring their expertise, creativity and integrity in relationship building which are all an integral part of how Birtcher navigates its projects and partnerships. We will have over 3 million square feet of new logistics space under construction in 2022, so the timing of their onboarding is perfect.”
