Lincoln Property Company Affiliate Buys Peabody Industrial Facility for $43M
Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC, has sold 300 Jubilee Drive, a 163,067-square-foot industrial facility in Peabody, MA, for $43.2 million to an affiliate of Lincoln Property Company.
Colliers International represented Brookwood in the sale of the property, which was originally acquired by the seller in 2009 for $8 million.
300 Jubilee is situated in Centennial Park, an industrial campus located within a quarter mile of the Route 1 and I-95/Route 128 interchange, 15 miles north of Logan International Airport, and 18 miles from downtown Boston. Existing long-term tenants of the 97%-occupied property include Thermo Fisher Scientific, International Transportation Group, and Barton Associates.
Since 2005, Brookwood has acquired 26 properties in the MA totaling nearly 2.2 million square feet of office and industrial buildings. The company’s current New England portfolio consists of nearly 1.2 million square feet in MA and RI.
