IDS Real Estate Group Snaps Up Walnut Business Park for $109M

IDS Real Estate Group recently acquired the Walnut Business Park for $108.6 million. The fully leased 33-building multi-tenant business park totaling 330,946 square feet is located in an infill area of the Los Angeles County community of Walnut, CA.

JLL Capital Markets marketed the property on behalf of the seller.

According to JLL research’s Los Angeles Industrial Insight report, the greater Los Angeles industrial market had a strong third quarter of 2021. With a low vacancy rate of 1.5 percent, rents are expected to remain elevated.
