JLL Tapped for Leasing Duties at Renovated Mott Haven Property
JLL has been retained by 521 Bergen Properties LLC, an affiliate of Bridgerock Realty Advisors, LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for 521 Bergen Ave., a six-story, 55,000-square-foot office and retail property in the Bronx’s Mott Haven neighborhood. JLL will work alongside the property owner’s in-house team to attract leading tenants.
Managing directors William Korchak and Al Gutierrez, EVP Ellen Herman, SVP Edward DiTolla and associate VP Henry Warner will lead leasing at the property.
“This is a superior quality property located in a vital and growing area with extraordinary access to transit,” said Korchak. “The property is perfectly located for healthcare, educational and governmental tenants and offers them the opportunity to brand the building and customize their space.”
The newly renovated property features a brand-new storefront, building systems, lobby and passenger elevator. The office floors are to be delivered in “white box” condition, ready for custom-built office installations.
