Prologis Makes Buy in North Brooklyn Industrial Zone

TerraCRG and Pinnacle Realty arranged the $27,500,000 sale of an industrial property at 280 Johnson Ave. in Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg neighborhood.  The buyer was Prologis.

Ofer Cohen, Dan Marks, and Daniel Lebor of TerraCRG represented Prologis. David Junik and Decio Baio of Pinnacle Realty represented seller Babureddy Mareddy.

“This sale represents the continued strength of the Brooklyn industrial market, the most in-demand asset class over the past few years,” said Marks. “We are proud to have represented Prologis in another purchase in New York City.”

Added Junik, “We continue to see confidence in the industrial market and especially in Bushwick due to the presence of Netflix that provides an opportunity for buyers to take advantage not just of the industrial market, but also of the creative/film/hi-tech market.”

The property is located in the North Brooklyn Industrial Business Zone, providing easy access to Queens, Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn.
