CBRE Facilitates $24M Sale of Industrial Building in Billerica, MA
CBRE has completed the sale of a 91,649-square-foot industrial building located at 900 Middlesex Turnpike in Billerica, MA. The facility was acquired by The Davis Companies for $23.7 million.
The CBRE team of Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby, Anthony Hayes, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall and Dan Hines arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, The RAM Companies.
900 Middlesex Turnpike is fully leased to ASM NEXX through May 2028. It was renovated in 2021 and offers 30’ X 40’ column spacing, 26’ clear ceiling heights, four tailboard dock doors with levelers and 268 parking spaces.
The property is located within the Route 3 technology corridor 30 miles north of downtown Boston, is two miles from Route 3, three miles from the Interstate 95/Route 3 interchange and seven miles to Interstate 49. The property also has direct access to retail, restaurants, service and lifestyle options located in and around the Burlington Mall.
