S2 Capital Finishes 2021 with $1.9B in Deals Under its Belt
As one of the most active investors in the sunbelt, S2 Capital experienced its most successful year yet after finishing 2021 with transactions and dispositions in more regions across the country. The Dallas-based firm acquired more than 10,000 units valued at $1.9 billion last year.
Most recently, S2 closed on three North Carolina properties and one DFW property including Allure, Woods Edge Apartments, Bridges at Southpoint, and Ramble and Rose. The Dallas office of Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller of Fort Worth’s 275-unit Ramble and Rose property.
