ANALYGENCE HQ Relocating to 9K SF in Maple Lawn Business Community
Baltimore-based St. John Properties and intelligence/cybersecutiry firm ANALYGENCE have signed a lease agreement for 9,054 square feet of space within 8115 Maple Lawn Boulevard in Fulton, MD.
Bill Jautze of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Scott Mendelson and Kristin Rebeck of Edge represented the client in this lease transaction.
With this lease, the four-story, 130,629 square foot Class ‘A’ office building is 94% occupied. The LEED Gold certified building is part of the Maple Lawn mixed-use community, which consists of nearly two million square feet of commercial office, flex/R&D, and retail space in addition to a residential housing component. Maple Lawn is six miles from Columbia, 22 miles from Baltimore and 30 miles from Washington, D.C.
