Hines’ Salesforce Tower Chicago Earns Highest WiredScore Certification

Salesforce Tower Chicago, Hines’ 60-story, 1.2 million-square-foot office tower under development in Chicago, has achieved WiredScore Platinum certification, the highest-awarded mark that proves a building meets exceptional standards for the quality of its digital infrastructure, resilience and wireless network.

The tower is Hines’ first WiredScore Platinum certified ground-up development in Chicago. Hines said Salesforce Tower Chicago will accommodate any tenant connectivity requests, offer maximum redundancy and have multiple internet service options for primary and back-up connections.

“With this WiredScore certification, we are proving that businesses can stay connected from anywhere in the building on a secure, reliable network that seamlessly adapts to new technology,” said Hines director John Tomlinson.

Salesforce Tower Chicago is the third phase of the Wolf Point master plan, being developed on one of the last remaining riverfront sites in Downtown Chicago. Hines is developing Wolf Point in partnership with the Joseph P. Kennedy Family.
