Lowe Tops Out on Yesler Terrace Development

Lowe recently topped out the second of two nine-story towers totaling 550-apartments with approximately 6,800 square feet of ground-floor retail and 315 parking stalls. The development is located at the Mason and Main development in the 30-acre transit-oriented master-planned Yesler Terrace community.

The first 335-unit tower topped out in June 2021 and is anticipated to be completed in mid-2022 while the second 215-unit tower is set for completion in the last quarter of 2022. The Mason and Main community is part of the comprehensive redevelopment of the 1940s-era Yesler Terrace that includes a mix of public and private developments delivering housing, office space and a host of neighborhood amenities.

“Yesler Terrace is being transformed into a significant contributor to the vitality and future of Seattle. Lowe was attracted to the opportunity to add much-needed housing in this historic location and contribute to the area’s positive change,” said Suzi Morris, senior vice president, Lowe.
