Sulo Development Launches Boutique Condo Project in West Loop

Sulo Development is breaking ground on Embry, a 15-story, 58-unit luxury boutique condominium development designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative and located at 21 N. May St. in the West Loop. A spring 2023 delivery date is anticipated.

Three- and four-bedroom floor plan options range in size between 3,400 and 3,700 square feet and include large dens, a dedicated office, full size laundry rooms and ample storage. Three-bedroom residences are priced from $2.3 million and four-bedroom residences are priced from $2.8 million.

“Embry will be the first full-service, full amenity building in the neighborhood and will boast unobstructed views in every direction,” said Mark Icuss, one of the Compass Development Marketing Group sales and marketing representatives for Embry. “Buyers have been asking for this type of product for the last couple years and Embry will deliver all of it.”

Icuss is marketing the property with Compass’ Tim Sheahan.
