Historic Mill Complex in Millbury Prepped for Residential Conversion
Colliers had listed Singletary Place, a mixed-use development on West Main Street in Millbury, MA. The approved master plan will convert a historic mill complex into 180 residential units with retail lifestyle center.
Singletary Place features 65,000 SF of existing Revolutionary War-era brick-and-beam factory building that will transform into a mixed-use center of residential, office, and retail space and 10 acres of landscaped trails and environmental attractions.
“The greater Worcester area has become a hotbed for residential development as residents flock to community-based living arrangements with the benefits of suburban amenities, said Colliers Capital Markets VP Kendin Carr.
Joining Carr on the transaction is Frank Petz and Bryan Koop, who will advise on debt and structured financing.
