Northwell Health Renews Eight Leases in Lake Success

Northwell Health, New York State’s largest health provider and private employer, has renewed eight leases totaling 32,413 square feet for an additional 10 years at the Feil Organization’s 2001 Marcus Ave. in Lake Success, NY, within Nassau County.

“We are pleased to continue our relationship with Northwell Health, a five-star tenant that wanted to remain in a five-star location that is 97% leased,” said Brian Feil, EVP of leasing. “And we’re proud that they consider us a five-star landlord.”

Northwell provides primary care services and offers specialists in gastroenterology and pulmonary disease at that location. Medical practices are spread among multiple floors at the three-story, 214,000-square-foot 2001 Marcus.

Feil, which owns and operates 2001 Marcus, recently renovated the property with an extensive lobby upgrade, installation of a state-of-the-art energy management system, modernization of elevators, new roof, fire alarm upgrade and garage rehabilitation.

Kevin Driscoll, director of commercial leasing, represented ownership in-house.
