Conway Capital Adds to Park Slope Holdings
Abe Cohen’s Conway Capital, partnering with the MacTaggart family, acquired a four-story multifamily building in Park Slope, Brooklyn for $8 million.
The 11,668-square-foot, 16-unit building at 423 16th St. was built in 1920. It sold for $685 per square foot.
Conway Capital also owns the 16-unit building next door at 419 16th St., which it purchased a year ago for $4.25 million. The company plans to renovate and lease up the units of both buildings. The Brooklyn-based Conway Capital currently owns over 25 buildings in Park Slope and surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods.
Bestreich Realty Group brokers Derek Bestreich and Luke Sproviero represented the seller, Richard Giancarlo.
