Madison Marquette Adds Dallas-Based EVP to Retail Services Team
Madison Marquette has added Steve Toppel, EVP of leasing & West operations, to its national retail services team. Toppel will lead Madison Marquette’s retail leasing nationally and operations for the company’s Western U.S. portfolio, applying 30 years of commercial real estate experience.
In this national role, Toppel will be based in the firm’s Dallas office, reporting to Gavin Farnam, president, retail services.
“The addition of Steve Toppel to our management and leasing leadership team is a great win for Madison Marquette” said Farnam. “Steve’s reputation in the industry is first class and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome him.”
Before joining Madison Marquette, Toppel was EVP of Leasing & Legal at EB Arrow, leading its national real estate portfolio, which included superregional and regional malls, high street retail, retail power centers and redevelopments. He has held several senior-level positions, including EVP of leasing at Trademark Property Company.
