Condor Hospitality Trust 15-Asset Portfolio Sells for $305M

The real estate holdings of Condor Hospitality Trust, a portfolio consisting of 15 select-service assets located in top markets across the southern United States, recently sold for $305 million. The recent vintage portfolio has an average age of less than 10 years and benefits from Marriott, Hilton and IHG brand affiliations.

A Hodges Ward Elliott team led by Daniel C. Peek, Clint Hodges, John Bourret, Austin Brooks, Mike Tormey and Carolina Bernal, exclusively represented the seller, Condor Hospitality Trust, in the transaction.

The well-located hotel collection spans 1,908 rooms in total including the following assets:

  • Home2 Suites Austin Round Rock in Austin
  • Residence Inn Austin Airport in Austin
  • TownePlace Suites Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge in Austin
  • SpringHill Suites San Antonio Downtown/Riverwalk Area in San Antonio
