Tire Recycler Inks 104K-SF Lease at Halethorpe Industrial in Baltimore County
MD-based Blue Ocean has signed Emanuel Tire, LLC, to a more than 100,000-square-foot lease in its Halethorpe Industrial Complex in the Baltimore County city of Halethorpe.
The 700,000-square-foot complex is situated on 35 acres with access to the states major highway systems. During World War II the property served as a manufacturer of aircraft components.
Emanuel Tire will be leasing 103,500 square feet of the complex to manufacture recycled rubber-derived products as it seeks to expand the company and its footprint.
CBRE’s Michael Roden represented Emanuel Tire while Blue Ocean was represented by Trout Daniel & Associates’ Jared Engel and Steven Cornblatt.
Emanuel Tire’s lease follows on the heels of another recent Halethorpe Industrial Complex signing: Barker Steel, a manufacturer of miscellaneous structural metal work products, took over 133,520 square feet previously occupied by Arconic.
