MK Asset Brokerage, IPASER Forge Strategic Alliance

MK Asset’s brokerage division, MK Asset Brokerage (MKAB), has formed an exclusive alliance with Investment Property Advisory Services (IPASER), an investment property real estate brokerage firm.

The strategic alliance combines the infrastructure of MKAB’s commercial brokerage platform with IPASER’s triple-net lease expertise. As an MKAB Alliance, IPASER will remain under its current leadership structure and ownership.

IPASER is led by founder William “Bill” Rodney, a former Deputy Commissioner of the Real Estate Division for the Chicago Department of Aviation where he was responsible for managing in excess of 75,000,000 square feet of leasehold airport assets covering O’Hare International and Midway Airports.

“Bill has 35-plus years of business and practical experience and continues to look creatively forward to bring about solutions for clients and associates,” said Hugh Williams, managing broker, MKAB, adding, “He is one of the most positive, optimistic people I have ever met.”
