Arbor Eighteen Condo Project Sells Out in Greenwood

Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing said Arbor Eighteen, an 11-story, 73-unit new condominium developed by Adam America Real Estate and CGI Strategies and located at 185 18th St. in Brooklyn’s Greenwood neighborhood, has completed sales, achieving approximately $71.4 million projected sellout based on contract signings. It’s the highest total sellout for a Greenwood building, according to BHSDM.

Arbor Eighteen was also Greenwood’s fastest selling new development in 2021, with 35% of the total new development market share and 32% of all new development sales volume ($85,364,054) in the neighborhood this year, according to a BHSDM analysis.

“Arbor Eighteen brings to life so many key requirements for buyers in their real estate searches,” said Brendan Aguayo, head of The Aguayo Team at BHSDM. “Beautifully designed residences, thoughtful layouts and a cohesive amenity package in a serene environment with a focus on well-being and green space, all within a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood.”
