Latest Transaction Brings Trinity Capital’s Eastgate 540 Sales Tally to $182M
Trinity Capital Advisors has closed on two buildings totaling 240,067 square feet at Eastgate 540, an industrial park in the Raleigh submarket of Knightsdale, NC, for $41 million. Including this sale, since July the company has disposed of six industrial buildings at the park totaling 979,000 square feet for a combined $182 million.
“Eastgate 540 has exceeded our expectations and remains one of the most successful large-scale industrial developments in the submarket’s history,” said Jeff Sheehan, partner at Trinity Capital Advisors. “The incredible leasing momentum for quality last-mile industrial product allowed us to accelerate our development plan by four years and will be used as a benchmark going forward for future investments.”
Trinity Capital acquired Eastgate 540 in May 2019 and began disposing completed properties in July 2021. Five of the six sold buildings are fully leased.
