Building 6 at Titan’s Phase 2 is Underway in Hutto

Titan Development recently broke ground on Building 6 at the Titan Innovation Business Park Phase 2 in Hutto, TX, a growing hub for industrial innovation. Targeted for completion in late 2022, Building 6 is a class-A industrial facility spanning 197,621 square feet.

“We’re excited to see this second phase come alive so quickly,” says Joe Iannacone, vice president of development at Titan. “As the fifth industrial project funded by our Titan Development Real Estate Fund II, Titan Business Innovation Park at Hutto Industrial Park offers both the perfect location for industrial needs and the big-block space that’s so coveted among high-growth companies.”
