Bluestone Lane Location to be First in Orange County
A 3,692-square-foot lease agreement was recently signed on behalf of Bluestone Lane, an Australian-inspired premium coffee roaster/cafe, at 114 North Olive St. in Orange County. This Bluestone Lane location will be the first in Orange County and is expected to open to customers in early 2022.
“We are pleased to continue to assist Bluestone Lane in their growth across the United States,” said Daniel Bodner, senior director at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions, who led the team advising Bluestone Lane on this assignment and has worked with the team across all U.S. markets since 2017. “This site was identified early in the search process as an ideal location for Bluestone due to the large outdoor patio and vintage look of the building.”
Bodner and Chris Hodgman at Retail Insite represented the tenant in this transaction. Chris Hodgman from Retail Insite also represented the landlord, AJJA Investments LLC.
The property is located near the campus of Chapman University and Orange Circle. The location allows for 2,662 square feet of indoor space and a 1,070-square-foot outdoor studio.
“This new location is a key part of our expansion into residential areas to cater to the new normal of so many more people working from home,” said Nick Stone, founder and CEO of Bluestone Lane.
