Timber Hill Group Adds Acquisitions Associate
Jacob Daitch has joined Chicago-based Timber Hill Group, a private equity firm specializing in the acquisition and development of e-commerce and logistics-related industrial real estate, as an acquisitions associate.
Daitch will work closely with senior management on all aspects of commercial real estate operations including property acquisitions and dispositions. He will also support all analysis, due diligence, entitlements, construction, development and financing.
”Our logistics real estate portfolio is growing rapidly,” said managing partner and CEO Cary Goldman. “Jacob’s arrival will allow us to execute on our vision and strategy as we continue to provide real estate solutions that help alleviate the supply chain bottleneck.”
Daitch joins Timber Hill from Ramsay Innovations, where he worked as a senior operations coordinator. Before Ramsay, he worked as an acquisition and asset management intern with AJ Capital Partners and as a summer finance intern with Rush Street Gaming.
