Walker & Dunlop Backs Proptech Company Fortress Technology

Nashville-based Fortress Technology Solutions, a real estate technology firm that develops property management software for multifamily owners and operators, has entered into a strategic partnership and received its first outside investment from Walker & Dunlop.

Fortress’ software platform provides users with real-time performance data and insight into their multifamily properties. By teaming with Walker & Dunlop, Fortress will offer clients business intelligence through the combination of real time property performance and immediate insight into their debt portfolios and refinance opportunities in one place.
