CushWake Arranges $67M Sale of Madison, AL, Multifamily
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $67.2 million sale of The Alexandria, a 258-unit apartment community located in Madison, AL, near Huntsville. The sale price works out to $260,465 per unit.
Andrew Brown, Craig Hey and Jimmy Adams of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Bobo Development Group.
“The Alexandria is a beautiful property that garnered superb interest from renters and the investment community alike,” Brown said. “New ownership is excited to buy in the Huntsville market, which continues to be a leader within the multifamily investment space.”
Constructed in 2021, The Alexandria is located in a rapidly expanding submarket off Highway 72, with access to major employment drivers and retail.
