Minskoff Equities Secures 120K SF of Leases at 1166 Sixth Avenue
Edward J. Minskoff Equities Inc. and JLL completed two leasing transactions totaling 120,000 square feet at 1166 Ave. of the Americas. William Blair completed an extension and expansion for 80,480 square feet, while Ryan Specialty Group has signed on for 40,240 square feet.
William Blair, a global investment banking, investment management, and private wealth management company, extended its lease for 40,240 square feet on the 20th floor and expanded by 40,240 square feet on the 19th floor. Ryan Specialty Group, an international specialty insurance organization, is relocating from 1345 Ave. of the Americas.
Minskoff was represented by JLL’s Paul N Glickman, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Cynthia Wasserberger and Diana Biasotti. EVP Jeffrey Sussman led the leasing effort in-house for Minskoff.
William Blair was represented by CBRE’s Silvio Petriello, Ben Friedland, Ramneek Rikhy, Joseph Fabrizi and Cara Chayet. Ryan Specialty Group was represented by Savills’ Gabe Marans, Robert Sevim, and Adam Southard.
