Adjacent Warehouse Buildings Sell in Hunts Point

Concourse Realty Partners has sold three adjoining warehouse buildings in the Bronx’s Hunts Point neighborhood for $15,860,000. The properties include 1180 Randall Ave., 1194 Randall Ave. and 531 TiffanySt.. 

The buildings combine for 51,250 square feet. The M1-2 zoning offers 48,150 square feet f additional air rights.  

The properties offer 700 feet of frontage on three of Hunts Point’s widest streets: Randall, Tiffany and Worthen. There is block-through access in the middle of the property and the buildings are equipped with heavy power.  

Listing agent Bradley Evans adds, “These buildings attracted institutional and local investors.  The Hunts Point industrial market is seeing high levels of demand from owner/users and investors.” 

Evans and Concourse Realty colleague David Simone represented the seller. Tom Cisco of Feinberg represented the buyer.
