Marcus & Millichap Team Closes Comfort Suites Deal in Oshkosh

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Comfort Suites, an 81,893-square-foot hotel property located in Oshkosh, WI. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.. 

The team of first VP Ebrahim Valliani, associate Michael Klar, senior managing director Chris Gomes and SVP Allan Miller marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani, Klar, Gomes, and Miller. Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction. 

Comfort Suites is located at 400 S. Koeller St. In Oshkosh. The property was renovated in 2019 to meet current Choice Hotels brand standards. The deal went from contract to closing in 39 days,  

“Proper execution and constant communication with seller, buyer, lender, and franchise allowed us to quickly navigate a smooth closing for all involved,” said Valliani.
