Worldwide Express to Relocate Dallas HQ to The Stack

Worldwide Express will relocate its Dallas headquarters to The Stack Deep Ellum, according to Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines. The third-party logistics company has agreed to a 10-year lease for 24,480 square feet at the new 16-story mixed-use office building in Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood.

“Our goal with The Stack was to create a building that nurtures both employee engagement and company culture, allowing our tenants to grow and connect to their environment,” said Ben Brewer, Hines managing director, on behalf of The Stack.

Relocating from its current office in Victory Park, Worldwide Express’ new lease will capture the entire 15th floor.

“Given the caliber of building features and appeal of the location, The Stack was a natural choice for our team,” said Tom Madine, Worldwide Express CEO. “We’re looking forward to connecting our employees to such a vibrant neighborhood while also offering close access to a collection of amenities that will support their growth and well-being.”

Located just east of the city’s Central Business District, The Stack Deep Ellum is a joint venture between Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines.

In lease negotiations, Worldwide Express was represented by Transwestern and The Stack was represented by ALT+CO.
