Family of Five Cape Cod Resorts, Plus NH Bonus, Sells to NY Investors
EOS Investors, LLC , has acquired Red Jacket Resorts, portfolio of five properties in Cape Cod, MA, and one in the White Mountains of NH. The seller was South Yarmouth, MA-based The Davenport Companies.
In Cape Code, Red Jacket Beach Resort (160 rooms), Blue Water Resort (112 rooms), Riviera Beach Resort (125 rooms) and Green Harbor Resort ( 50 rooms) feature private beaches on Nantucket Sound while Blue Rock Resort sits on the championship Blue Rock Golf Course. The Red Jacket Mountain Resort (150 rooms), located in the Mt. Washington Valley of NH’s White Mountains, features the 40,000-square-foot Kahuna Laguna Indoor Water Park.
