CushWake Brokers Sale of Downtown Mobile, AL Multifamily Community

Bristol Mobile Partners has sold Meridian at the Port, a 267-unit apartment community located in downtown Mobile, AL, for an undisclosed sum. ApexOne acquired the property, which was 97% occupied at closing.

Jimmy Adams and Craig Hey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.

Built in 2019, Meridian at the Port is was built in 2019 and is of a construction type that features structured parking. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, saltwater swimming pool, pet spa and  bark park, rooftop lounge with port view, outdoor fireplace with kitchen, clubhouse, billiard/media room and resident lounge.
