Capital City Buys $2M Richmond Parcel to Build Seven-Story Multifamily

Washington, DC-based Capital City Real Estate has purchased land at 15 West 7th Street in Richmond, VA, for $1.7 million with plans to develop a new multifamily building. The seller was Pareto, LLC.

Development for the Commodore Apartments, a 173-unit complex, is expected to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2021.

The Commodore Apartments will encompass approximately 173,488 square feet across seven floors, including two floors of below-grade parking as well as 3,500 square feet of ground floor retail.

Capital City Real Estate was represented by Colliers’ Garrison Gore along with Charles Wentworth, Hank Hankins, and Victoria Pickett.
