TaskUs Renews, Expands Lease in Heritage Plaza Park

Worth & Associates renewed and expanded its lease agreement with outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience provider TaskUs to lease space in Worth’s Heritage Plaza business park at 1650 Independence Dr. in New Braunfels. The TaskUs headquarters now occupies more than 80,000 square feet in the project. 

TaskUs will modify its third-floor Heritage Plaza space to include a gaming lounge, a meditation room, lounge area and a break room.

Worth developed Heritage Plaza and Heritage Business Center in New Braunfels and the combined fully leased buildings total 192,109 square feet.

This past summer, Worth leased spaces in Heritage Business Center to four businesses: TriHydro Corporation, Pak Medical Group, Christus Santa Rosa Health System and Cantex Continuing Care Network.
