TA Realty Elevates Two Senior Executives to Partner, Acquisitions

Boston-based TA Realty, LLC, has promoted two senior executives from its acquisitions group, Christine Elmore and Thomas Shapiro, to partner.

Throughout her 11-year career with TA Realty, Elmore has worked with groups from valuations and dispositions. She currently focuses on sourcing, underwriting and acquiring properties in the Southwest, Colorado and Nashville markets. Elmore is also responsible for actively attracting and developing the next generation of talent for the firm as leader of TA Realty’s internship program. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.

Shapiro joined TA Realty in 2015. He will continue his responsibilities as partner for the sourcing, underwriting and acquiring of real assets across all firm strategies focusing on the Western U.S., with emphasis on Phoenix and on Orange County and the Inland Empire of California. Shapiro is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School.
