Jennifer Sychuk Promoted to SVP, Asset Management at St. John Properties
Baltimore-based St. John Properties, Inc., has promoted Jennifer Sychuk to SVP, asset management. Sychuk has been with the company since 2002 and was formerly VP, asset management.
Sychuk is responsible for ongoing financial analysis and property valuation activities for the St. John Properties portfolio of commercial real estate assets comprising more than 21 million square feet of space and spanning eight states. She also assists in determining the financial feasibility of corporate acquisition and disposition opportunities across the country during the due diligence process.
Sychuk’s nearly 20-year career with St. John Properties includes roles functioning as a financial analyst and finance and contract administrator. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University and a master’s degree in real estate from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
