Digital Marketing Firm Doubles Footprint with Sublease Deal

Savills’ Ken Biberaj, Jared Schwartz and Christopher Foerch represented Tinuiti, one of the largest independent marketing firms operating in the digital space, in a nine-year, 14,214-square-foot sublease at Empire State Realty Trust’s 111 W. 33rd St. Sublessor Diligent Corporation was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

The move will allow Tinuiti to relocate from a 7,000-square-foot space in the first quarter of 2022. The company’s workforce has grown significantly due to a series of mergers and acquisitions and significant recent investments from New Mountain Capital.

“Identifying high-quality, furnished options in this particular neighborhood is becoming increasingly difficult. When this space hit the market, we were the first to tour and competed with multiple strong offers to secure the sublease,” said Foerch. “The move to 111 W. 33rd St. allows Tinuiti to dramatically improve its working environment, providing employees with a vibrant atmosphere in which they can thrive in an office setting.”
