Lee NYC Tapped to Lease Up Williamsburg Mixed-Use

Lee & Associates NYC was named exclusive leasing agent for 289 Kent Avenue, a 77,000-square-foot multi-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The centrally located Class-A property links two buildings, one a former Domino Sugar warehouse.

A Lee NYC team of Garry Steinberg, Alan Friedman, and Brendan Reichenbacher are serving as exclusive leasing agents on behalf of the landlord, Web Holdings. The property will be available for occupancy beginning Jan. 1, 2023, and can be utilized for office, retail and showroom space, or any combination of the three.

“289 Kent Ave. is the ideal space for companies looking to create a unique branding opportunity in the heart of a vibrant 24/7 community like South Williamsburg,” said Friedman. “The generous floorplan with its edgy, industrial aesthetic, rooftop deck with unparalleled views, and hard-to-beat location provide an urban oasis in the heart of one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods.”
